Job Description:Seeking Employee Health and Benefits Consulting Professional for a MNC BFSI Firm based out of Mumbai Key Requirements - Mapping Top 50/100 corporate client opportunities in the specific industry segment. - To be a technical specialist and referral point on major classes of EH B insurance for the industry practice. - Collect and maintain health insurance related data wrt. to all Employee Health and Benefits for all the Top 50 prospect companies wrt. EH B - Analyse Client needs and promote Companies Services to deliver solutions - Maintain benefits benchmarking and claims analysis data for specific industry. - Collaborate with Sales team to convert identified top prospects. - Achieve targeted penetration levels in the industry - Host client seminars, surveys, events and insurer meetings in consultation with Practice leader, EH B consulting, geography and Sales team to enhance Companies visibility among target audience. - Act as a focal point for communications with the clients pertaining to the respective industry. - Prepare and update relevant industry specific sales material, sales tools, presentations and other marketing material. - Devise Industry specific EH B Customer Value Proposition to enhance customer centricity. - Participate in new business initiatives working with EH B Practice, Sales team and geography leaders. - Appreciate the Clients business, business issues, insurance programmes and service plans - Keep abreast of changing market conditions and informs client executives, insurers, brokers and/or clients of major developments affecting various types of coverage - Identify the clients risk financing and insurance needs and objectives. - To be recognised by clients and colleagues as being an expert in their chosen area. - To use their high levels of technical knowledge and experience to the benefit of the Industry Practice - Supervise, coach and mentor service team members - Network with the various divisions within Companies international offices to provide Client service solutions and build industry specific expertise. - No. of years of work experience required: Minimum of 8 -10 years (post MBA). Work experience must include work in a management/HR consulting organisation. Preferred Domain experience areas would include benefits consulting, employee benefits, business development, management consulting, corporate sales related to the industry segment being interviewed (BFSI or IT/ITES).
