Job Description:Key Responsibilities Manage the licensing and compliance of all applications deployed to manage our business, including those from key vendors, such as Oracle, Workday, SFDC, and others. Reduce our consumption of licenses through proactive identification and reclamation of under-utilized products. Reduce the diversity of our product portfolio, through the standardization of products that perform similar functions. Proactively identify risks resulting from our use of certain products, or products that are not current, and partner with other teams to remediate these risks. Work with our customers to understand their needs: For any new requirements research and recommend solutions that will best balance the customer need and the needs of the organization as a whole. Identify and understand how we are using key titles, specifically what capabilities provide the most benefit, and any areas that can be improved upon, to help drive a holistic improvement plan. In conjunction with our vendor management team, work with vendors to maximize the value of our investments, and leveraging product roadmaps, to plan for our future. Be part of a team that engages with our business partners to proactively managing the product portfolio for their business unit. This will include understanding their future needs, helping them with license and maintenance renewals, advising them on the costs associated with the consumption of products, and assisting them with their budgeting and forecasting.
