Job Description:Job Description : 1.Design the Integrated Marketing Strategy, 360 plan for the new product portfolio launch - ATL/ BTL/ Digital & amp amp New Media 2.Design Strategic Imperatives for the New Product Portfolio including the Variant Positioning, Brand Architecture, Market Shaping Initiatives, Consumer Activation & amp amp Trade Strategy 3.Design the complete Branding / Packaging Strategy for the New Product Portfolio based on market need gaps based on Consumer Research & amp amp Insights 4.Design a Business Model & amp amp a 360 degree Go-To-Market Strategy for New Product Portfolio launch in India 5.Will be responsible for the alignment of Sales and Marketing strategies to the overall business plans 6.The role includes proper planning, forecasting, merchandising, marketing and formulation of sales and operations policies to further enhance company objectives. 7.The GM will be responsible for the alignment of Sales and Marketing strategies to the overall business plans. Duties and Responsibilities Strategic Management 1.Develops and implements business strategies that will help in attaining short term and long-term business objectives. 2.Leads the team in the strategic planning process and communicates the organizations short and long term objectives. 3.Conceptualizes, formulates and implements marketing strategies taking into consideration consumer profile, resource structure, major customers, market trends, channel management and price points. General Management 1.Develops, designs and establish structures, systems and processes to most effectively achieve the organizations objectives. 2.Manages, motivates and directs job responsibilities of immediate staff and allocate work accordingly. 3.Evaluates and ensures right sizing in the organization. 4.Initiates KRA contracting and administers performance appraisal to all concerned employees in the organization, as well as, provides career development. 5.Directs staff in the development, analysis, and preparation of reports in a timely fashion. 6.Ensure all operations are compliant with company rules and regulations. 7.Manages the implementation of quality improvement methods. 8.Ensures confidentiality throughout the unit. 9.Manages day-to-day operational issues and problems. Marketing 1.Understands and analyzes relevant data from market and industry analysis, in relation to the components of the marketing plan per brand. 2.Identifies new market segments and target customers. 3.Conceptualizes programs and activities that drives the market and expand customer base and volume. 4.Identifies the best appropriate medium to utilize for the promotion of specific products or for brand building. Forecasting Analyzes pertinent data (i.e., market trend, seasonality, economy, buying behavior, volume and revenue analysis) and use this data in allocating volume forecast to the different channels of distribution. Financial Management Analyzes the impact of business results to the company' s financial objectives and makes necessary action or recommendation to the management on how to achieve or increase profit.
