Job Description:In this high-impact role, the Sales Strategy and Optimisation Manager will drive sales growth by empowering the sales team with strategies and tools to sell more, more effectively. Responsibilities : Work hand-in-hand with leadership team to accelerate sales growth by developing new strategies for selling more effectively and ensuring seamless implementation throughout the sales organisation. Ongoing work to drive transformative improvements to our existing systems and processes. Activities could include optimizing customer on boarding, improving marketing to sales lead hand off, and standardizing stages for pipeline health analysis. Develop and own key monthly sales reporting metrics (e.g., sales and inventory history by region, sales pipeline, churn/contraction, etc.) - ensuring they are both actionable by the sales team and insightful for the executive team. Requirements: 7-10 years professional experience in sales, sales strategy, and/or sales operations with significant time in a leadership role. Experience driving strategy, analytics, and reporting for sales and sales operations teams. CRM customization experience highly preferred. Comfortable presenting to and partnering with executives to solve complex business challenges. Demonstrated interest in internet technology companies experience with healthcare technology a plus.
