Job Description:We are hiring for the profile of Account Manager (BD/B2B Sales) for Adecco Group (India)-Chennai & amp amp Sri Perumbudur branch(s) location. Kindly find below the JD for profile:- Job description - Client Management. - Plans daily contacts and visits to manage/acquire customers. - Implements business development actions (active proposals, telephone contacts, negotiations and proposals), acquisition visits, and retention actions . - Promotes cross selling and up selling actions. - Draws up business proposals. - Responsible for the right quote. - Monthly Targets has to be achieved. - Draws up agreement with client companies - Contacts the customer for debt recovery - Market coverage & amp amp Cracking competition. - Handling client escalation related to HR operations of Staff deployed to different clients. Solving Day to day HR issues & amp amp resolving it within TAT. - Conducting persuasive, effective presentations and demonstration of Adecco services to decision makers (Head-HR/Finance/Operations) of corporate clients. - Extensive co-ordination with the other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations for both the external/internal customers.
