Job Description:& quot Job Description : Job Title- Relationship Manager (Bancassurance Channel) Locations-Bangalore, Chennai, Coimbatore, Vijaywada, Mumbai, Delhi & amp nbsp Exp. & amp gt 2 years in Bancassurance in leading LI companies Candidate will manage multiple bank branches and will be required to travel 40-50 kms in a day. Must have conveyance - ive profiles : candidates who are selling group credit life and non life banca products ( Please dont entertain and share such profiles) - Career Progression for RM : RM to SRM to TM ( sourcing role) and Incentive earning opportunity is tremendous, RM can make upto about 50% of base CTC -There will be separate mobile and travel reimbursements based on productivity criteria Reporting to RH Train the sales force Support sales force in terms of pre and post sales Drive sales across customer segments and meet business targets Joint calls with sales force for product support Work actively with sales force to generate leads Ensure activation of sales force on a weekly, fortnightly, and monthly basis Drive productivity by right advising of life insurance solutions, bundling the offering Measure penetration across Relationship manager client base/branch base Update lead management system Engage in customer awareness program Create mindshare across branch leadership team Job Description : Relationship Manager (Bancassurance Channel) 1.Sales: Create new sales conversations at branch level by driving lead generation across Branch Walk-ins , Smart Data Analytics across Banks Database and generate cross sell and up-sell potential from the existing and new clients 2. Sales Process - Drive for new appointments, advise customers product basis financial need analysis, select appropriate product to meet these needs from the product grid e, gain customer agreement to purchase, accurately complete sales documentation. 3. Influence the Bank staff by imparting Product Skills, by clearing articulating the advantages through FAB Analysis .Implement recognition programs to have higher LG Activation. 4. Achieve Insurance Sales Target across the allocated branches with key deliverables around Branch Activation, LG Activation, Product Suite, FTR , Persistency and proactive customer servicing . 5. New Business Processing and MIS - Responsible for sales completion by facilitating completion of medical reports & amp amp ensuring prompt issue of policy document, New markets/segments: Explore opportunities to develop new markets/ segments in line with company sales strategy from time to time. 6. Cross Sell/ Up-Sell- Build an active customer base in order to explore opportunities to cross-sell & amp amp up-sell, Obtain referral to further prospects where appropriate. 7. Extensive Networking and Relationship Building: Extensively network across all cross functions and business segments and build long term relationship with the bank staff & amp amp clients by proactively providing right information to all bank/client queries either directly received or forwarded by the service company. Desired Experience *Has demonstrated sales excellence in his/her previous role with plan achievement and qualifying for recognition platforms. *Strong on communication skills, with product knowledge and market information on other financial products. Education Details PG/Graduate with 1-3 Years sales experience across Banking, Bancassurance & amp amp Broking
