We are seeking a qualified Psychologist / Senior Psychologist, & amp nbsp with relevant experience/interest and background in Psychometrics and Training, to join our R& amp amp D team in Bangalore, India. 1 Location: Bangalore ( Koramangala) 2 Type of Position: Full time 3 Working: 5 days working 4 Experience : 2 + years 5 Qualification: Post Graduation in Psychology with Industrial /Organizational/ Behavioral psychology 6 Job description: In this role you will be expected to work on R& amp amp D activities and on training/Consulting. Participate in the various steps involved in the development of psychometric tools Revise and optimize existing tests assessments Participate in the implementation and verification of assessments in the new interface Provide online, phone, in house and onsite training to clients and handle clients queries Statistical validation and sociological calibration of tests Converse on scientific issues (articles, discussion groups) Participate in the development of manuals and other scientific/technical documents Prepare training material and presentations Participate in pre and post sales consulting and report debriefing activities Participate in the development of coaching and training guides Prepare training calendars and participate in the preparation of other meetings/schedules Document training observations, client feedback, comments etc. Participate in the various steps involved in the development of psychometric tools Participate in the implementation and verification of assessments in the new interface Requirements: Preferably with 2+ years of experience Proficient verbal and written communication Methodical, Responsible and Committed Well versed with data analysis and use of tools like SPSS and MS EXCEL Readiness to take initiatives Ability to work on multiple projects Interested candidates please send us application (CV and covering letter) to [email protected] along with few details as: Total Experience: Relevant Experience: Notice Period: CTC: Expected CTC: Do share the opening with your friends & amp amp family as we have multiple positions.
