Job Description:The Lead Recruiter plays an important role, responsible for the full life cycle recruiting efforts for Bangalore Delivery Center. Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition the Lead Recruiter will partner with internal and external stakeholders in a hyper- growth environment. The individual in the role will partner with the Leadership team to support strategic and operational hiring efforts, and provide detailed analysis and insight into recruiting performance. The role requires a high degree of self- motivation, integrity, tenacity, and an ability and desire to be a proud ambassador of Epsilon. Duties and responsibilities Partner with leadership, Human Resources, and hiring managers to facilitate a strategic, effective and efficient recruiting process Manage the entire recruiting life cycle from planning & amp amp sourcing to candidate assessment and offers Leverage a variety of sources including referrals, ATS, job boards, social media and like to attract qualified candidates Recruit effectively to continually improve on KPIs/ metrics & amp amp industry benchmarks Function as in- house consultant and the subject matter expert in recruitment & amp amp staffing Effectively support multiple client needs & amp amp manage against tight hiring deadlines for business critical roles Conduct various types of analytics to support the business operations, develop creative insights that accelerate business performance and set systems in place to track performance Create recruiting operational processes and practices, in partnership with Recruiting and HR leadership leading to efficiencies for the leadership team and organization. Acts as a conduit between top management, employees and other stakeholders. Demonstrate good knowledge in a variety of technology concepts, practices, and procedures specifically technologies around big data, digital marketing and analytics Participate in the communication function including broad employee engagement (in consultation with HR) and development and reinforcement of organizational vision and priorities. Enable and foster a high performance culture through internal and cross- group initiatives, morale events, and lead cross- team projects to optimize organizational performance and morale. Qualifications & amp amp Experience The individual must have a target of 4- 7 years of experience Past experience with full lifecycle recruiting in a high volume Technology or Marketing environment is highly desired Strong excel and power- point expertise desired Competencies Have exceptional communication skills and a very strong ability to manage a variety of globally dispersed Epsilon leaders Demonstrate a high level of discretion, tact, judgment, and poise and must have a solid aptitude for maintaining highly confidential information Exceptional analytical and conceptual problem solving skills with the ability to see patterns bring a structured and logical approach to decision making and manage execution Strong willed, decisive, a fast learner and able to effect changes fast Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to influence different styles
