Job Description:Responsible for Planning sales, business development for the branch & amp amp achieve pre agreed Sales Targets consistent with commercial strategy Determine new opportunities by analyzing business needs through scouting and identifying potential customers for the organization. Responsible for selling of all our services to large corporate houses.& amp nbsp Enhance companys relationship & amp amp engagement level with existing customers. Develop and deliver the business plans through carrying out research, formulate market analysis and deliver accurate business reports on a periodic basis. Pro-actively hunt for target organizations and establish communications with those businesses that can benefit from our Company products & amp amp solutions. Ensure compliance with all corporate policies, procedures and guidelines Competencies: Knowledge of travel industry and booking channels essential Market, industry and trade knowledge Product and operations knowledge Customer Service Orientation Excellent communication skills Teamwork and Collaboration Educational Qualification: Graduate / Hotel Management Experience: Must have worked in one of the reputed Travel / Tour Company in a similar position with clear vision about job responsibilities.
