Job Description:Position: We are looking for an experienced sales professional from Recruitment & amp amp Staffing background experience (mandatory) having expertise in IT Contract Staffing. You should be passionate in winning new clients and account management for above said functions. You should be also preferably expert in IT Contract Staffing and responsible for delivery along with the recruitment team. This is a Senior Level position in the company and will be the key to the success of the business along with P/L. You will own end to end value chain of the Business right from acquiring new clients, account management, fulfillment of talent demand for IT Contract Staffing and responsible for P/L Job Description: - Generating leads based on business exigencies for increasing business and building a clientele database. - Utilizing client feedback & amp amp personal network to develop marketing intelligence for generating leads. - Identify, negotiate & amp amp manage strategic relationships with potential and prospective Clients, derived out of the leads PAN INDIA. - Working closely with management in developing strategies to engage potential clients for existing and new client acquisition for IT Contact Staffing. - Responsible for identifying the competitive service strengths and weaknesses of the company and making recommendations for continuous improvement. - Excellent business presentations skills, proposal writing skill and showcase the company' s capabilities, benefits and value proposition in all interactions - Work effectively to deliver these key messages to the market place. - Coordinating with top level people among client, develop and promote brand name. Be a point of contact between the client and the team - Bring new Business deals by coordinating requirements, developing & amp amp negotiating contracts integrating requirements with business operations. - Analyze the client' s requirements, discuss and guide the respective recruitment team - Guide team in terms of profile explanation, sourcing techniques, poaching techniques, Mapping techniques, head hunting strategies, etc. - Hands on and be responsible for the delivery of the talent needed along with the team by taking onus of closing the positions, meeting delivery & amp amp revenue targets. - Coordinate with client for timely feedback including making repeated visits to client as and when required - Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends to achieve market share metrics. - Driving business growth through identification & amp amp penetration of new market segments. - Exercise discretion and independent judgment by developing, engaging and maintaining a short and long-term forecast and an action plan to achieve them. - Stay current on industry trends & amp amp coordinate with management to participate in networking events & amp amp forums for knowledge acquisition & amp amp business development.
