Job Description:VMock is looking for a marketing manager who can take on a leadership role but who also has the willingness to perform assignments as an individual contributor. We are looking for someone who can successfully design, create, and deliver marketing programs. Responsibilities: - Drive high-impact content development and distribution initiatives to achieve business objectives - Manage marketing activities across all channels including social media, email, PPC/ SEM, content marketing/ outreach, and public relations - Build social media channels to maximize the interactions and engage communication efficiency with target audience - Ability to analyze data quantitatively and use customer research, data and metrics to back up assumptions, identify opportunities, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs. - Integrate and support affiliate marketing, email and blog marketing into the website to support specific marketing campaigns - Initiate accurate, timely content on external social media platforms - Drive relationships with bloggers and online editors - Work with media and vendors to deliver the key message and produce good result - Leverage understanding of the digital space and how it impacts consumer behavior, traditional marketing, and current offerings - Develop strategies to optimize campaigns, execute, and report out results - Analyze performance of marketing channels, always seeking ways to improve Requirements : - MBA from a top-tier B-school both India and abroad - Previous experience in a similar marketing role preferred - Passion for creating and managing marketing strategies, including the ability to orchestrate every detail and then measure results - Content expertise should go far beyond white papers and blogs, and should include the ability to manage video and webinar programs - Analytical and tech savvy, someone who understands search engine optimization and has experience with social media and a strong understanding of the fundamentals of content marketing - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including excellent writing and presentation skills - Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practices - Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Excel, PowerPoint, Access - Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment - High degree of organization and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously - Extreme attention to detail and willingness to roll up your sleeves - Analyze performance of site content and marketing channels, always seeking ways to improve
