Job Description:Key Responsibility: Should have a strong sales acumen, leadership, negotiation and analytical skills. Should have worked on all aspects of the sales cycle right from sales planning, lead generation, client acquisition, revenue optimization from existing clients. Should have understanding of software development for Product Engineering Services. Must have Embedded or Hardware design Selling experience in a hunter sales capacity with a demonstrated track record of new logo acquisition and account must possess decision maker/influencer contacts 10+ years experience working as a business development or sales professional in a rapidly growing company. Experience in selling Embedded is a big plus A proven and consistent track record exceeding revenue. Possess superior client facing skills strong ability to understand customer problem and needs and relate the same with solutions Prior experience in business evaluations, as well as gathering/analyzing corporate and market information Strong closing skills coupled with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into client business terms Good understanding of the Onsite/Offshore delivery model and the associated pricing structures prevalent in the industry Strong value proposition, proposal and deal-structuring skills & amp amp experience Requirements / Qualifications: To catalyze the business development in International Geography, by identifying the prospective clients for the Organization in technology companies. Contact for any business development/sales activity for the International Geography. Study various verticals identify potential customers and generate leads. Carry out marketing research, do sales forecasting, promotional planning and brand promotion. Track against targets and budget. Meet the profitability revenue goals, grow the market share, and provide customer satisfaction. Send regular updates to the management and actively participate in the decision making process. Assist in marketing and presales activities Should be willing to work in US working hours
