Job Description:Responsibilities: Lead the B2B and B2C product and promotional strategy while managing a small team to build and execute on plan. Lead the development and consultation of pricing strategies and sales promotions Leading the preparation of Marketing plans. Communicating cross-functionally and reporting on progress. Contract and manage commercial relationships with lead suppliers and agencies brand, development, advertising and PR. Leading the Digital product strategy and planning including preparing business cases, detailing key business requirements and working with the internal IT team and external vendors to execute the plans. Build capability and competency for delivering best in class digital marketing and advertising ensuring all clients return on investment. Working closely with sales teams to provide support and advice on Digital sales initiatives. Build and maintain a strong brand presence and relevance in local consumer and SME marketplaces through best in class earned and owned media strategies Build customer knowledge base (Client and Member) and champion the voice of the customer ensuring their needs are core to business strategy and decision making. Brand management to ensure consistent application and evolution of the brand within all parts of the business. Build and manage cost-effective client (sales leads) and consumer (member base) acquisition strategies Use customer data (member and client) to build effective activation, on-boarding, engagement and retention strategies. Build and manage a team to deliver best-in-class direct marketing on behalf of local SMEs Digital audience acquisition marketing campaigns including lead generation, affiliate marketing, member referral programs, Facebook, Paid Search, SEO, app downloads etc. Digital audience activation/activity marketing campaigns including email, app notifications, Facebook, on-site merchandising etc. Optimising user experience and conversion rates for website and apps including capturing audience feedback, extracting analytics insights, scoping new features, running A/B tests. Trade marketing including preparation of sales collateral, digital pricing strategies, sales training, key advertiser and media agency pitches.
