Job Description:Ideal candidate should be a seasoned travel professional with a minimum of 4 yrs of experience in travel trade. Exposure to International Ticketing, IATA rules & regulations. Good knowledge of Ticketing Processes (including exchanges & manual pricing) with exposure of Sabre & Amadeus GDS. Ability to handle customer issues & escalations effectively, able to communicate with senior leadership. Should be result oriented, able to relate & align with companys core values/goals. Excellent communication skills Flexibility to work in a 24/7 Environment Good interpersonal skills with outstanding flair for people connect. Manage a team of ticketing agents. Handle/resolve escalations and provide floor support. Drive quality by reducing errors & ADM. Reduce absorption and increase profitability. Identify process improvement, system enhancement & automation initiatives. Work with WFM to ensure optimum utilization of resources, ensure appropriate staffing across shifts. Ensure schedule adherence, reduce Uls Analyze reports on regular basis to help drive business results. Create/update process documents - SOP, process maps, SLA & BCP documents on regular basis. Ensure all process controls are in place and companies compliance policies are adhered to Employee Job Description. Conduct monthly one-ones with team members, identify potential opportunity areas and work on the same. Take complete ownership of the Process, ensure SLA is met at all times. Ensure employee engagement and retention.
