Job Description:Interview for Presales- Naukri on Tuesday , Nov 28th Time: 10:00 am - 12 :00 pm Address: Infoedge , B-8 Sector 132 Noida Contact: [email protected] Role: Role of the Pre-sales consultant/executive is to perform both technical and functional coordination with clients and help in solution designing, planning, demonstrating products and enabling sales team in effectively selling products to customers. She/he should assist in high quality delivery to clients in response to specific requests. She/he will also be required to provide technical assistance to help in strongly positioning companies products/solutions to help win the business. Will also need to develop technical skills and absorb professional knowledge to quickly meet the business requirements. Responsibilities: Important ones but not limited to: 1.Product Demos 2.Solution designing/implementation for clients 3.Product Trainings / Evangelization of the product 4.API integration discussions 5.Capturing customer feedback 6.Pre-sales product usage and adoption 7.Competitor Benchmarking 8.Preparing collaterals required to drive sales/client engagement Personality Traits: The individual should have a passion for technology, thrive on customer interaction, have abundance of perseverance and patience. Other requirements include: 1.Good Communication (oral and written) skills 2.Ability of quickly analyze and diagnose the problem 3.Hardworking and ready to learn 4.To participate and work with local and regional teams 5.Ready to take additional challenges 6.Ability to acquire skills and keep them updated 7.Independently generates solutions to client problems/cases based on analytical, technical skills and business knowledge Previous Experience / Background: B.Tech/B.E. with 1-4 years of technology sales/pre-sales experience
