Job Description:Position: Asst. Manager / Manager / Sr. Manager Analytical Method Transfer Validation& nbsp Markets: USA& nbsp Products: Solid / Liquid / Semi-Solid / Parenterals / Ophthalmic Pharmaceutical Products& nbsp Reporting to: Chief Operating Officer& nbsp Job Location:& nbsp Fort, Mumbai& nbsp Currently opening is based at Fort, Mumbai but candidate will responsible to & nbsp travel anywhere in India or Outside India (Germany) as per organizational requirement for short term or long term assignments.& nbsp Job Profile:& nbsp Supports Organizations objectives of Analytical Methods Transfers Validations.& nbsp Manage the Interface between CRO / CDO and CMO for Analytical Method Validations and Technology Transfer.& nbsp Anticipates and recognizes potential problems, initiates actions to solve or prevent problems and communicates issues/risks to project lead and manager. Contribute to the implementation of business processes and best working practices to ensure Analytical Technical Transfer operates strategically and as efficiently as possible. Contribute to the successful and timely transfer of Finished Product Analytical methods/technologies to and from R D development to contract manufacturers and testing labs.& nbsp Effectively prioritizes activities to meet project or department objectives using demonstrable project management skills. Plays a significant part in the project team decision making process. Consistently exhibits professionalism and courtesy and may serve as a representative of Kenpack to business partners, contract organizations and Contract.& nbsp Plan and Manage the Method Verifications, Validations, Release Testing for Excipients, API and Finished Products at Contract Testing Lab Independently authors, validation reports, protocols, policies/plans or regulatory submissions. Presents effectively to internal R D forums and may present results at external meetings. Keeps manager and matrix team leaders informed of progress and activities.
