Job Description:2.JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES 1Provide inputs for formulation of overall organization strategy and short and long term business plans 2Develop strategy, goals and performance metrics for the airline relationship management function as per the goals and objectives of the airline partners (Host, Group and Others) 3Develop the budget for Airline Partnership function and monitor and ensure adherence to budget 4Responsible for development and management of the Airline Recognition and Tier Management programme, initiatives to drive improved revenue quality, revenue penetration and activity penetration on host airline, redemption programme (through new products, services initiatives) and associated services and processes 5Directly responsible to achieve billing and revenue targets for Airline Partnerships functions (Host, Group, Others) 6Map strategic implications and determine commercial viability of new and existing airline partnerships 7Oversee and manage the formulation of contracts and subsequent integration with the airline partners 8Establish governance mechanism to ensure adherence to contractual agreements (with host and group airlines) 9Work closely with JPPL departments to ensure delivery of services and flow of information and data manage escalations, if any 10Liaise with Analytics and Information Technology function to develop strategy and processes for leveraging the rich data asset and building insights on the loyalty drivers 11Ensure provision of advisory services to the partners on consumer insights enhancing their value and effectiveness 12Maintain relationship with accounts and ensure delivery of mutually beneficial relationships to the partner and programme â &euro &fnof 3.COMMUNICATION WORKING RELATIONSHIPS Internal Senior level Managing Director: Indirect reporting on critical accountabilities Head Operations: Direct reporting on all projects and accountabilities Head Marketing Member Engagement: Interface to get sign-off on new promotions and strategic initiatives Senior Manager Analytics: Interface to develop performance metrics Senior Manager Finance: All finance related matters for airline partnerships Mid-level Manager CRM Development: Partnership onboarding and design of new solutions for the management of Host, Group and Airline Partnership Manager CRM Data/Process: Day-to-day operations of the airline partnerships Manager Portal Development and Process: Enhancements/changes to Airline Partner pages on the website Manager Service Delivery: Member service delivery for Airline Partnerships Junior Level Business Analyst Airline Partnerships: Direct reportee for airline partnerships Business Analyst Accruals: Direct reportee for driving gross billing initiatives Business Analyst Redemptions: Direct reportee for driving redemption initiatives Analyst Commercial Operations: Direct reportee for MIS, operations, etc. 4.KEY DIMENSIONS RELATED JOB RESULTS Budget accountability: INR Direct reports: 4 Indirect reports: None 5.OPERATING ENVIRONMENT 1.A challenging environment with conflicting demands and changing business priorities 2.Multidisciplinary and multi-team working environment 3.Some international/domestic travel might be required 4.High-pressure role where balancing multiple concurrent priorities is essential â &euro &fnof 6.
