Job Description:1.Manage business by Planning and Budgeting 2.Responsible for overall Institutional Sales 3.Building and appointing distributors and Clients. 4.Coach support, and lead direct reports and wider teams, and offer input and appropriate challenges to all parts of the business. 5.Drive transformation of the business to a channel focus sales & amp amp marketing structure serving B2B customers (primarily foodservice industry). 6.Play a leading role in the development of the product portfolio to support business expansion. 7.Provide leadership and support to Sales Division to revise current strategies and practices aiming to grow sales and customer service with existing key accounts, and drive sales in new channels. 8.Ability to develop strategic plans for revenue growth 9.Exploring new options to work on Branding strategy of the Products. 10.Business Development which included setting up Distribution Network for PAN India across for Institutional sales. 11.Working and managing data and report presentation to the management. 12.Develop and Manage key internal & amp amp external stakeholders relationship, including key external regulators, key customers and key suppliers, Network and Distributors channel.
