Job Description:< b> Business Development Executive-Salon/Professional Division-Siliguri< /b> < div> < br> < div> < div> < b> < /b> < u> < b> Job Responsibilities:< /b> < /u> < br> < ul> < li> Achieve the sales targets and qualitative & amp quantitative objectives set by the Regional Sales Manager< /li> < li> To drive business growth in the assigned territory< /li> < li> Manage distributors of the assigned area< /li> < li> Motivate, manage and develop customers (salons) within a given geographic area< /li> < li> Identify opportunities and win new customers in accordance with the objectives set by the brand< /li> < li> Ensure an effective educational partnership (recruit customers for training, attending events, etc.) in coordination with the technical team< /li> < li> Ensure the range availability of the brand< /li> < li> People management of Distributor Sales Representatives (DSR)< /li> < /ul> < br> < b> < u> Key Deliverables:< /u> < /b> < br> < ul> < li> Drive Sales< /li> < li> Facilitate Education of Hairdressers< /li> < /ul> < br> < b> < u> Technical Skill sets:< /u> < /b> < br> < ul> < li> Sensitivity to beauty< /li> < li> Sales and secondary sales objectives< /li> < li> Relationship orientation to manage distributors and achieve secondary< /li> < /ul> < br> < b> < u> Other skills:< /u> < /b> < br> < ul> < li> Local Regional Fluent.< /li> < li> English Fluent.< /li> < /ul> < br> < b> < u> Key Competencies Preferred:< /u> < /b> < br> < ul> < li> Experience in B2B sales with FMCG or professional beauty brands will be preferred< /li> < /ul> < br> < b> < u> Education:< /u> < /b> < br> < ul> < li> Graduate< /li> < li> MBA preferred< /li> < /ul> < b> < u> < br> Key Relationships:< /u> < /b> < br> < ul> < li> Internal: Sales, Merchandising, Controller< /li> < li> External: Distributor, Customers (Salons), DSRs& nbsp < /li> < /ul> < /div> < /div> < /div>
