Job Description: Job Summary: The Cluster Manager will lead and manage the entire kitchen operations for kitchen clusters and will be responsible for all aspects of day-to-day running of kitchens including operations, quality control, learning and development coupled with training and human resources. The cluster manager will be accountable for the following in multiple kitchens: 1) Customer Experience through Customer Product Rating 2) Highest Standards of quality through Internal and External Quality Audits 3) Cost Management 4) Adherence to SLA in food production and dispatch. 5) Culture 6) Infra Management Job Description 1. Core Kitchen Operations Planning, directing and coordinating of all forms of change management- change in recipes, packaging etc, new product launch, tech interventions. Ensure that the team can deliver the highest quality product. Create, implement and evaluate systems of developing, control and updating standards Supervise quality control and quantities for preparation to minimize wastage, perform frequent checks to ensure consistent high of preparation and services. Responsible for enforcing operational processes as per SOP. Manage infrastructure management and work with the various teams to ensure closure on all infra gaps affecting productivity and quality. 2. People Management and Administration Ensure that the training processes are being managed and conducted for all kitchens with a special focus on new employees. Develop and monitor the team in obtaining the highest standards customer experience and will take responsibility of the training, development and monitoring of performance of all staff Ensure all administration procedures are accurate and timely actioned upon. 3. Finance and Costs Responsible for controlling and managing costs of overheads and manpower. Driving initiatives for cost management, optimization and productivity. Work closely with the other managers to ensure correct stock levels are available at all times 4. Food Hygiene, safety and Sanitation Ensure strict compliance with all relevant hygiene and safety requirements Ensure and maintain staff awareness on health and safety, and hygiene regulations
