Job Description:Branch Head/Branch MAnager -Agency Channel Drive local circle by driving sales production and managing the associated costs Ensure the high quality and high persistency of business generated by the local production unit, to support the long-term profitability of the company Develop knowledge of local market dynamics to improve productivity of the FLS / BLs (e.g., through targeting specific segments, products and FCs) Identify and align non-sales resources in support of the circles business goals (e.g., learning and development, operations, human resources, etc) maximize value from the deployment of these resources within the circle Provide leadership to the entire local team by clearly communicating vision and objectives of the organization, and of the local team (including proficiency in English and local language). Provide direct support to Career FLS to help them achieve business goals and maximize their own productivity Ensure Licensing targets are met by Channel Development Managers reporting to them Provide day-to-day management required to ensure high agency quality within the team Branch Manager-Direct Channel Implement Plans with specific focus towards Needs based Selling and Activity Management. Support the business planning and implementation process for the business with the the Sales Leadership Achieve Bench Mark supplier status for the direct Channel Ensuring alignment of volume and market share objectives for the direct business facilitate Products Monitor and evaluate achievement of your sales targets against expectations Enable superlative performance standards through alignment of the team with the targets. Ensure clear communication of the overall strategies and drive ownership on all tasks expected to be performed by Team Ensure clarity and thereby enhance understanding of the new sales process management system in within team. Enhance effectiveness through smooth integration of changes throughout team Interact regularly with the existing customers to ensure a committed and partnership based relationship. Ensure review of their financial arrangements at least once a year. Understand the life cycle of the customer Ensure servicing client effectively. Minimize lapses. Territory Manager- Banca Sales Achievement Drive the assigned sales target through assigned bank branches Organize meetings to discuss sales activities and take decisions on strategies necessary for improvement Optimally use available technology platforms to service customers and provide quicker closures on cases to the Lead Generators Relationship Building Network and build strong relationship with bank leadership and staff of the bank branches assigned Connect with employees of the bank branches reguarly to train them on insurance, Company product offerings and understand issues/ concerns about selling insurance (if any) Ensure persistency through customer meeting and follow ups Ensure SP activation and acheivement of the defined productivity Experience Required : 4+ above Sectors to be focused : BFSI/Pharma Interested candidates can connect at 8669663737 or refer any suitable candidate Candidate can send the Cv at [email protected]
