Job Description:Reporting to: Business Head - Banking Description: A marketing professional with 12+ years in work experience in Marketing for Commercial Banks - specially focused on the Wholesale Banking/ Corporate Banking/SME Banking. Should have marketed/sold in target geographies - South East Asia, India, Middle East. Area of expertise: At 12+ years of overall industry experience and at least 7+ years of marketing experience to support B2B enterprise sales. Should have led a team for at least 2+ years. Responsibilities include - The Marketing Lead will drive Marketing aligned to business strategy, analyse industry landscape, carry out competitive and market analysis, develop and execute comprehensive product marketing programs and go-to-market programs for software products targeted towards Wholesale Banks (eg: Corporate Lending, Transaction banking and Cash management etc) - Work closely with the executive leadership team to provide valuable insight into market sizing, competitive landscape and global business opportunities. - Develop an annual product marketing plan and strategies to achieve sales goals. - Develop and execute focused go-to-market strategy for Wholesale Banking product lines - Cash Management/Lending/Treasury etc. with effective programs to grow revenue and market share. - Develop value propositions, solution messages and positioning for the solution. Manage the development of all solution-related marketing collateral and sales tools. - Manage campaigns to grow revenue and mind share among existing and new customers across geographies - Develop thought leadership programs to establish the organization as a thought leader in the Wholesale Banking/Corporate Banking software space.
