Job Description:Job Summary: To bring industry knowledge, world class capabilities, innovation and cutting-edge technology to our clients in the Utilities industry to deliver business value. To work with leading Utilities clients, major customers and suppliers to develop and execute global strategies, manage complex customer service initiatives and integrate customer solutions to meet changing business and challenges and regulations Utilize Utilities retail and customer service process understanding and experience in customer solutions (Customer Information System, CRM, Contact Center Solutions) to design, implement and deliver enhanced capabilities for Utilities Clients. Lead and support digital customer experience and digital self-service across various regions. Work requires travel to client site for project work across geographies Key Responsibilities: Apply specific experience to building better customer experience processes and solutions, including contact center, marketing management, CRM and omni-channel strategies Identify opportunities to transform processes using Digital technologies, define customer journeys and lead implementations. Apply knowledge of Utilities Contact center processes and technologies to improve efficiency, reduce costs and enhance customer experience. Identify relevant customer data for performing analytics and identify suitable interventions to improve targeting of relevant marketing/customer service campaigns. Identify opportunities by farming existing relationships and growing new networks To provide executives and their teams with the necessary strategies and tools to position their organizations for high performance Work Experience:3+ years experience of working on Customer Experience Transformation and Digital Customer Channels 5+ years experience in Utilities industry. Knowledge and Skill Requirements: Core Skills: Experience in identifying and evaluating customer service initiatives involving digital channels and contact centers. Experience in identification of value drivers, creation of business cases and transformation roadmaps for Utilities retail industry Ability to objectively identify, evaluate and select technology platforms and tools that enable customer transformation. Evaluation and analysis of the effectiveness of existing solutions, platforms, and tools against selected business and technology KPIs and strategic goals Experience of maturity assessments and gap analysis for customer impacting processes in the Utilities industry. Experience in designing and implementing digital technology enabled business solutions in Utilities Customer Service Strong writing skills and experience of producing high calibre reports, papers, presentations and thought leadership Deep knowledge in Utilities industry (Distribution and Retail) Active role in the identification of opportunities by farming existing relationships and growing new networks Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and lead global distributed teams
