Job Description:Job Description: We are looking for a Channel Sales Executive / Manager, who will be responsible for business development in Mumbai / West region, representing the entire range of products & amp amp services offered by the company. The channel executive / Manager will & amp nbsp report to the VP Sales Identifies and Establishes productive professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts. Co-ordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service and management resources in order to meet partner performance objectives and expectations. Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives of the company Proactively leads a joint partner planing process that meets mutual performance objectives Proactively assesses, clarifies and validates partner needs on a regular basis. Sells through partner organisations to end users in co-ordination with partner sales resources. Leads solution development efforts that best address end user needs, while co-ordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements Drives adoption of company programs among assigned partners. Job Responsibilities: Proactively recruits new qualifying partners Achieves assigned sales quota in designated partner accounts Meets assigned expectations for profitability Completes partner account plans that meet company standards Maintains high partner satisfaction ratings that meet company standards Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame Closely co-ordinates company executive involvement with partner and end users as needed Works closely with Customer Service Representatives to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
