Job Qualifications: Education: MBA with major in Marketing Skills / Attributes: Proven success in your sales ability and demonstrable full knowledge of the sales process Confident negotiator and ability to close the deal Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions A positive and determined approach to researching and analyzing new business opportunities Ability to cope with competing demands and to priorities tasks Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation Excellent organizational and time management skills A positive attitude to dealing with people Capable of working independently, and having responsibility as an individual Be updated with business related market intelligence reports. Organizeconstantbrandpromotionandmarketingusinginnovativecost-effective methods. 1.Responsible for Admission target for the respected department. Manage direct parent enquiry handling and also manage telephonic enquiry handling. 2.Cold-calling from a given data base for lead generation and from siblings database. 3.Visiting schools or student premises by taking prior appointment and present Vidyasagar Clasess service details to parents. 4.Presentation about the services offered by Vidyasagar Clasess 5.Proper follow up with the parents visited. 6.Help to maintain discipline & amp amp decorum in the respected department. 7.Counsel students and help in solving their queries. Key Highlights You will carry out market research through industry contacts, publications, trade events, news to identify ideas for growth You will reach out directly or through partners to target prospective business deals You will filter out high potential deals by analyzing business strategies, opportunity requirements / pre-requisites / financials, and internal priorities You will design the best negotiating strategies by considering the risks and rewards, and keeping in mind the counter-parties preferences & amp amp goals You will lead the negotiation to close the deal and draw in resources from within the company to make it happen You will manage all contractual requirements and align the end result with the companys internal operations and capabilities You will constantly keep upgrading your business development techniques, and help in enhancing the company knowledge base by participating in training and educational initiatives As the face of the organization, you will also help in building the brand of the company in the industry, vendor and customer community Create integrated and coordinated marketing campaigns Work with sales, marketing and product teams to craft positioning for current products. Develop and maintain business relationships, including POS and branding support. Develop and deploy business oriented marketing strategies Analyze current market needs, trends and competition that will stimulate creation of new product lines. Contribute marketing direction to business plans. Develop and drive marketing initiatives in line with Business objectives. The person should be: Understanding Business Functions Ability to work and deal with agencies Exceptional interpersonal skills - a temperament that is personable, energetic, responsive, and confident Strong organizational skills and the kind of personality that is attentive to detail, good at multi-tasking, exhibits excellent verbal and written communications skills. Ability to work as a team player Key Skills: Very Good Communication skills (knowledge of English + Hindi / Marathi). Smart personality Presentable and well-groomed look Knowledge of MS office 1 to 5 years experience in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Education related Academic counseling for student enrollment or any customer facing role will be an added advantage.
