Job Description:Roles and Responsibilities: This role is for a Strategy & Business Planning in the S& CS practice who will provide deep domain skills to help clients with Strategy and business planning to improve: Sales Strategy and Sales operations, Channel Strategy and Design, Channel Partner Management, Sales Force Effectiveness, Sales Processes Design and Documentation, Sales Compensation & Reward and Sales Operations Optimization. The Strategy & Business Planning Consultant will be responsible for helping to drive our Communications & High Tech clients Strategy and business planning efforts. Responsibilities may include: Project Delivery: Work on small to medium-size teams to deliver projects for global clients. Responsibilities may include: o Market Entry Strategy Development o Product Launch Strategy o Channel Mix Assessment and Strategy o Sales Channel Optimization o Online Sales Channels Management o Channel and Sales Incentive Compensation o Sales Process Automation / CRM o Product Portfolio Analysis / Product Pricing, etc. Business Development Industry Expertise Domain Development+B11 Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of progressive industry and/or consulting experience in the high tech/ telecommunications/ media and entertainment industries sector Consulting or functional experience in Strategy and Business Planning for Communications & High Tech (C& HT) practice within the ACN Strategy organization. Experience working on a large-scale Business / Operational Transformation project desirable Experience managing online sales channels desirable Experience in Channel Incentives desirable Experience in sales process reengineering / design Strong program management skills Experience working with C level executive clients MBA from a Tier 1 B School Global exposure will be desirable"
