Job Description:Job SUMMARY: Responsible for distribution and selling of Thinbooks, Tabs, Mini-PCs, Thinclients, Desktops, PlugPCs, etc.Adequate knowledge of IT Hardware' s and also the market knowledge Local IT Market. He must be into IT Hardware Industry in Local into sales in Corporate business only for a minimum of 7+ years Roles & amp amp RESPONSIBILITIES Recognize the needs of the consumer and provide detailed information to the consumer about the technical specifications of the computer hardware/solution offered by the company. Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential factors. Investigates new items and makes recommendations for purchasing products. Checks inventory to ensure orders are in stock. Takes orders over the phone and in person. Advises customers on technical matters and recommends appropriate technical configurations. Solicits information about IT Hardware/solution needs from customers. Negotiate price for the sale. Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature. Provide technical support after merchandise is purchased. Construct sales pitches and presentations. Travel to areas where needs are projected. Stay abreast of market trends. Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses. Assist with the company helpline. Serve as a customer service rep for customers who have questions or difficulties. Demonstrate product features before a sale. Respond to pre-qualification questionnaire or information to tender document. Negotiate a commercial agreement. Help customers maximize the use of tech features. Advise on appropriate user training.
