The opportunity could either be net new business or an up-selling / cross- selling opportunity to an existing client. & Acirc & middot & Acirc & nbsp & Acirc & nbsp As part of its day-to-day activities, the team focuses on bid management (project managing the preparation of RFPs (Request for Proposals), RFI (Request for Information), DDQ (Due Diligence Questionnaires), Pitch books, Unsolicited Proposals and development and maintenance of various sales and marketing collateral. & Acirc & middot & Acirc & nbsp & Acirc & nbsp The team creates stores, manages and continually enhances all knowledge assets. & Acirc & middot & Acirc & nbsp & Acirc & nbsp Presale is also responsible for assisting strategic and tactical decision making by gathering and interpreting client intelligence, client feedback and opportunity pipeline data. & Acirc & middot & Acirc & nbsp & Acirc & nbsp Finally, Presales is also responsible for owning the client visit experience to India (offshore) offices . & Acirc & nbsp Purpose of the Role & Acirc & middot & Acirc & nbsp & Acirc & nbsp Revenue Generation - Contribute to revenue growth by overseeing the entire bid management process & Acirc & middot & Acirc & nbsp & Acirc & nbsp Stakeholder Management - Build and maintain healthy working relationships with various internal stakeholders like sales, delivery, support functions (e.g. finance, PMO, HR, Technology etc) & Acirc & middot & Acirc & nbsp & Acirc & nbsp Knowledge / Collateral Management & acirc & euro & ldquo Develop, update and enhance all knowledge assets & Acirc & middot & Acirc & nbsp & Acirc & nbsp Client Intelligence and Experience & acirc & euro & ldquo Translate data to information to intelligence to be able to draw meaningful conclusions for decision making by senior leadership & Acirc & middot & Acirc & nbsp & Acirc & nbsp Innovation - Develop, drive and enhance various functional, procedural and technical initiatives & Acirc & nbsp & Acirc & nbsp Candidate Profile: & Acirc & middot & Acirc & nbsp & Acirc & nbsp Own the RFx response & amp proposal generation process & Acirc & middot & Acirc & nbsp & Acirc & nbsp Develop solutions to address client requirements in partnership with Sales, Delivery, Operations and other support functions. & Acirc & middot & Acirc & nbsp & Acirc & nbsp Design, develop and maintain knowledge assets on the Qvidian platform (third-party database to store RFX related content). & Acirc & middot & Acirc & nbsp & Acirc & nbsp Implement industry best practices and enhance the quality of RFx responses & amp proposals & Acirc & middot & Acirc & nbsp & Acirc & nbsp Own the client visit experience to our offshore offices in Mumbai and Noida & Acirc & middot & Acirc & nbsp & Acirc & nbsp Ability to work under tight timelines, with flexibility to fluctuating shifts based on work-load & Acirc & middot & Acirc & nbsp & Acirc & nbsp Operates independently with minimal supervision & Acirc & middot & Acirc & nbsp & Acirc & nbsp Ability to drive productive multi-party conference calls & Acirc & middot & Acirc & nbsp & Acirc & nbsp Multi-tasking ability
