Job Description:Purpose of the Role: The incumbent will be responsible to Improve and deliver customer experience measured through customer heartbeat survey by standardising basic customer offer for distributor customers and Ways of working of distributor staff and Key account executives. Rural strategy is integral part of the role. Role holder will be responsible for developing, reviewing and implementing of Rural Strategy that will include define and monitor performance KPI for the channel. The incumbent will Improve sales effectiveness & amp amp customer experience by reviewing & amp amp defining KPIs of sales team. The role plays a key role in Implementation of network expansion plan. Visibility & amp amp activation for demand generation among channel & amp amp influencers in market in close coordination with Sales and Marketing teams. The Incumbent will also play an influential role in defining the processes and sales operations for Rural business. In addition, this role acts as an important link between Sales and other functions including Marketing, Trade Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations & amp amp Supply chain. KRA: Custodian of India Rural Business plan and expansion strategy Plan, Roll out and evaluate of all Rural demand generation initiatives for rural business growth in line of SMP aspiration. Improve customer heart beat score by influencing customer experience in B2C by standardising process and WOW. Refine and execute wow (ways of working) and SIP for all Key Account Executives and other Distributor Employees. Plan, evaluate and deploy SSR resources which is best suited to business strategic need. Lead PDA and wow genie for sales excellence. Vendor appointment & amp amp management in delivering collaterals, signages & amp amp wall paintings for CSD. POS management for all sales & amp amp marketing initiatives.
