Job Description:Customer Development Identify & amp amp develop OEM business for Capacitors with small/large OEMs. Understand the need of the customer & amp amp discuss with senior people in Purchase/Design/Production. Make periodical visits to existing clients and meet new clients. Order booking& amp nbsp Cash flows-collection Key account Management-New and Existing Channel / Distribution Management MFD Capacitors Analyse the Dealer market for both MFD area wise separately Understand the pricing of competitors in each market Analyse the strength & amp amp the weakness of the brand & amp amp its presence in each market. Develop and appoint new business partners to expand product reach in the market, in unrepresented market. Channel / Distribution Management PFC Capacitors Identify potential Electrical Switchgear dealers in each market Dealer mapping for better results and motivate them to promote our brand of Capacitors Identify & amp amp appoint RSEs in respective areas to support the sale of dealers. Identify & amp amp network with prospective clients and generate business from them through respective dealers Ensure availability and liquidation of stock thru dealer. Manage the advertising and publicity materials for the respective market. The job location will be at Mumbai and needs to travel across & amp amp surrounding territories also if required by company.
