Job Description:Role : Head of Sales Travel Agent Networks Key responsibilities: Position involves 8 plus years proven Sales /Franchise experience in Travel Industry/Online Travel/ Ecommerce domain. Responsible for the P& amp amp L of the Agent Network. Work very closely with the Agent Network including the Regional head & amp amp Area Sales Managers & amp amp oversee their performance. Liaise with the Sales team understand the market and completion. Seek inputs in terms of the product whether it is selling or not. If not then work with them closely to identify the pitfall & amp amp help them with the plan of action and share the same with the Agent Network & amp amp Goomo team to refine the product and service offering Identify opportunities for GBV enhancement and share. Visit the corporate often & amp amp identify the requirements & amp amp convey the feedback to the product team Help in improving the product & amp amp services offered. Increase the share of wallet for agent network business. Identify the new travel agents & amp amp play a key role in getting them onboard. Conduct market research on competitors activities on pricing, promotional and other commercial initiatives and give feedback/recommendations to the team. Give inputs on customer support & amp amp quality based on feedback from the Network agents Push the Goomo products through the Network Gather voice of customers from the agent network & amp amp communicate the same to the team. Build strong relationship with the travel agents and across teams.
