Job Description:This role is two pronged first handling responsibilities as a part of the Global Sales Enablement Hub and second handling programs / projects which are of both strategic and tactical importance. The role involves closely working with the GSE Hub team and the Head of Product Marketing & amp amp Sales Enablement. Sales Enablement 1.Assist the program owners in the execution of the reasons to call campaigns and targeted propositions for large opportunities 2.Be responsible for monitoring and tracking KPIs on a weekly, monthly, quarterly basis 3.Help bring standardization to the work that GSE Hub analyst team is doing by creating templates that can be re-used for value propositions, breaking a larger content piece into smaller byte sized snippets that can be plugged into a creative as per relevancy Program Management 1.Closely work with the Head of Product Marketing and Sales Enablement to identify and proactively track the internal deliverables on a weekly, monthly, quarterly basis 2.Be responsible for the creation of a review cadence and the supporting content for such reviews 3.Play an instrumental role to bind the team together with regular interlock initiatives like All Hands Call etc. 4.Monitor the ICSAT and ESAT for the Head of Product Marketing and suggest actions basis the results achieved.
