The Assistant Manager role is responsible for ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and quality whilst developing and Managing a team. The incumbent should be a Qualified CA with CS with a post qualification experience ranging from 2-4 yrs. Working Knowledge of Direct Taxes and Indirect Taxes Good understanding of GST rules and regulations Experience of having worked on Transfer Pricing related activities Co-ordination with Bankers/ Updated on rules around Foreign Inflows, FEMA regulations Audit and tax assistances, co-ordination with auditors and tax consultants ESSENCE OF ROLE- Key Accountabilities 1 Service Delivery & amp amp escalation handling Accuracy level 99% Timeliness 100% 1. Ensuring all the deliverables are accurately completed on time as per the agreed SLA with the client 2. Perform necessary checks to maintain quality standards of deliverables 3. All the deliveries meet internal quality standards as defined time to time. 2 Client/Stakeholder engagement1. Establish and maintain professional engagement with internal and external stake holders to ensure delivery standards are adhered. 2. Any Feedback from stakeholders to be acknowledged all the time to maintain relationships. 3. Red flags, if any to be raised well in advance to the Sr Management with suggestive corrective actions 4.
