Job Description:We are looking for a promising candidate for our Management Accounts department, below are the Job Details: JOB DESCRIPTION & amp amp ROLE PROFILE: Designation: Junior Associate / Associate Reports to: Assistant Manager Department: Management Accounts and Shared Services Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai ROLE PURPOSE The primary role of this level is to assist the team with accurate and timely entry of the data. The role is responsible for execution of task/s assigned by the supervisor / ASM is accomplished in the agreed time frame. Correct accounting and updating different trackers will be the detailed responsibilities. The Assistant role is to process the input data on / off the financial system while the role of S1 is responsible for the Reconciliation of the input processed and output data. The incumbent should be at least a B.Com with an experience ranging from 0-3 yrs for Jr. Associate level. The incumbent should be at least a B..Com with 2-4 yrs experience/M.Com/Semi-qualified with an experience ranging from 0-2 yrs for Associate level. ESSENCE OF ROLE- Key Accountabilities Trackers Timely update of records Accuracy level Asst 95% S1 99% 1. Maintain Cheque Register and Bank Reconciliation (daily). 2. Maintain payroll Tracker 3. Maintain Invoice & amp amp Expense Tracker 4. Maintain Accounts Receivable Tracker 5. Maintain Accounts payable tracker 2 Client (Internal) Service Delivery - Timely delivery Accuracy level Asst 95% S1 99% 1. All processing are done on time within agreed SLAs. 2. Every data entered has to be correct and validated before submission. 3. Support S2/SPV with the data and back up information for any queries. 4. Ensure scanning and filings of documents are being performed real time. 5. Prepare Bank Reconciliation and Cheque Register 6. Manage intercompany revenue: generate invoice 7. Prepare all tracker as necessary to support respective teams in which Asst. & amp amp S1 is working. Refer to various trackers noted in point # 1 of this table. Adherence to Internal processes Regularity Accuracy level Asst 95% S1 99% 1. Timely daily submission of RTMS. 2. Compliance to Internal HR and business processes. 3. Data Protection Act and Client confidentiality is adhered and maintained. And all other Radius processes and policies to be adhered to. 4. To obtain and attain training courses as offered by training department of Radius to complete personal development as identified and agreed up on PDR discussion. Individual development Regularity Attendance Level Not less than 95% Average Score Not less than 80% 1. Ensure the personal development plan is followed. 2. Trainings relevant to competence development are attended. Basic concept of FX revaluation. Basic concepts of JEs. Communication and presentation Possesses decent level of written and spoken English. Is able to articulate thoughts. Systems MS office Expert in Excel Good key punching rate, Sense of emails tracking convincingly with the other colleagues. Maintains professional body language. Uses standard formats for all forms of communications, emails, reports etc wherever available. Knowledge of Financial System. Use of intranet Hr.net, RTMS, etc Use of RADIUS internal accounting software. Leads and adapts to change. Management, team work and Problem solving Work closely with the team to solve issues. Is available to extend support. Attempts to see the problem. Tries to find solutions and suggests. Shares his experiences with the supervisor to identify right solution. For Assistant - Actively pursues and participates in change initiatives. Promotes changes amongst team and department. Recognises change as an opportunity to grow. Demonstrates flexibility to adapt to changes. Understands the need for continuous learning. For S1 - Proactively identifies potential obstacles to changes. Seeks opinions, ideas, and suggestions from others. Develops strategies to overcome obstacles.
