Job Description:Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Acts as a single point of contact for the employees and managers in the business unit Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes Manages complex and difficult HR Projects cross-functionally Builds a strong business relationship with the internal client Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks Recruits personally the key talents Facilitates the management team to bring the best solutions for employees Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management Designs and maintain organization vitality charts as the performance of the business unit improves Duties and Responsibilities: Talent acquisition- Building a database of Competitor' s Key function for every interview taken and submit to Comp & amp amp Ben team, Recruitment within TAT Creation of a Performance Culture- Ensure KRA Setting at all levels, Performance improvement plan PIP Creation & amp amp Closures Organization Development- 2 Speak Outs, 1 Skip Level per BU, RAGTAG, Policy Awareness Session (Maintaining Pre and Post-test) HR Automation- Data cleansed data in the system for respective BU/Department, ticketing closer within 24 hrs Learning & amp amp Development- conducting training need analyses, Ensure relearning initiative & amp amp feedback to the Training Department where ever learning score is less than 20%, planning and conducting induction of the new joiners HR Payroll and Administration- Zero salary related issues of assigned BU, resolution to be provided within 30 days. HR Administration- 100% completion of Joining formalities, Statutory Compliance of the Store, all exit formalities are to be done within 7 days along with the FNF cheque from the day of leaving. Absconding letters to be sent within 15 days, MIS to be submitted within 5th of every month & amp amp MOM to be sent after every store visit 48 hrs. Behavioural/ Personality Specifications required: - High on communication skills (Marathi, English & amp amp Hindi) Proactive High on business understanding Can manage difficult challenges and pressure environment
