Job Description:The person will be required to manage Project based Workforce. Responsibilities and Key Result Areas: - The incumbent will collaborate with Corporate HR to implement relevant HR strategies - Responsible for performance management and improvement initiatives - Manage employee relations activities and advise managers on employee issues - Responsible for employee engagement programs, development initiatives and rewards & amp amp recognition frameworks - Support the annual compensation activities ensuring consistent and fair decisions are made in the promotion, bonus and salary increase processes - Responsible for career management & amp amp development plans and implementation - Drive best practices and improvements to internal processes & amp amp systems - Proactively communicate policies and process to employees - Deliver additional assignment and projects assigned by the HO The person will be responsible to manage a number of projects spread across locations in India. He/She will be responsible for IR related matter of the locations, Land acquisition etc. The person will be responsible for all HR activities for manpower across many locations.- Good hands-on knowledge and appreciation of HR processes, policies and sub systems. Other requirements : - High on persuasiveness which helps drive closures - Good written, conversational and presentation capabilities - Flair for engaging with people and developing relationships and ability to work in multi-location teams Academics : Person must come with 2 year full time MBA in HR/Personnel with good academic record. Experience : The person must have 12-15 years experience. The person should have experience in managing some IR issues and HR issues of less accessible workforce at interior locations. A project environment experience is desirable.
