Job Description:Job Description / Responsibilities: To be well versed in the capacity of Departmental Head and to be able to lead the team of 25 Staff under the belt. The department comprises of 01.) Loan bucket of Rs. 50 Lakh and Above 02.) Loan bucket of Rs. 1 Lakh to 50 Lakhs 03.) Legal documentation of all the Loan Documents. 04.) Gold Loan Portfolio 01.) Candidate should contribute in achieving the goal for Advances. 02.) Must be able to effectively manage a portfolio of Retail /SME/ Large Commercial advances and will be responsible for monitoring maintaining asset quality, supervision and control of the credit portfolio of the bank. 03.) Must be able to appraise large credit proposals judiciously and a team of officials in Credit Department for credit appraisals and lead the team for achievement of business goals. 04.) The candidate should have hands on working experience in a banking environment of analyzing / reviewing term loan proposals, working capital loans (both fund based and non-fund based), Secured Loans (loans against gold, Govt sec, shares. Bank Deposits, Properties (Commercial/ residence), Machinery, Vehicle (Individual / Commercial) and unsecured loans to companies & amp amp salaried individuals, Mortgaged based real estate lending, project finance etc. 05.) The candidate would also be required to assist in monitoring and tracking the portfolio of the respective businesses and help build strong credit monitoring systems. 06.) The candidate should be conversant with RBI guidelines, companies law regulations & amp amp with the capital markets & amp amp he / she is expected to be on top of any market event or regulation change, impacting the portfolio & amp amp apprise the Risk Head and the business risk teams on the impact. 07.) Should be familiar with ratings models and risk scoring models of credit agencies / banks. 08.) Candidates must possess a strong communication capability & amp amp presentation aptitude with an effective ability to articulate views on the subject.
